The Lowellville Rod & Gun Club was formed in 1936 and is one of the premiere clubs in the state of Ohio.  Located at the corner of Route 224 and Quarry Road, the club has approximately 100 acres adjacent to the clubhouse as well as several leased farmlands.  Meetings are the first Wednesday of each month.  Trap shoots are every Thursday at 6:30.      Upcoming Events

Club Facilities

Club Lake

The Club's 10 acre lake contains an excellent population of largemouth bass, crappie, catfish and hybrid bluegill.  In addition, trout are stocked each year.  Both shore fishing and boat fishing are featured with two launching ramps for non-motorized craft available.

Trap Range

At the present time there are two trap ranges with plans underway to add two more, plus skeet.  Trap machines are automatic and voice activated and a wobble trap is available.

Rifle Range

A 200-yard rifle range features covered shooting benches plus special pistol benches.

Archery Range

For the archer, the club provides both target bales and McKenzie animal targets.  A tower is located at the archery range to simulate treestand shooting.  A sand pit is available for broadhead shooting practice.
